Shape Up 4 Life Open is a 60 minute nutrition and lifestyle workshop that covers the same topics as Shape Up 4 Life but without the live exercise. However, participants will be given an exercise book with a number of resources to help them become more active. This will include a personal walking programme and a number of home-based workouts to help you become more active.

  • 12 weekly 1 hour sessions
  • A weekly private weigh in followed by a lifestyle and nutrition session with your group. Our trained nutrition coach will support you to make lifestyle changes that will help you to lose weight and keep it off. Discover tips on snacking better, managing cravings and eating well. Meet new people, try new things and see results with ShapeUp4Life Open.
  • Your coach will support you to get fitter and increase your activity level with access to our free online exercise videos, walking programme and home work out plans. As well as information on all of the exercise opportunities available in your area.

Diet and lifestyle workshops cover a wide range of topics including energy balance, portion sizing, Eat Well Guide, being more active, fat and sugar. The exercise sessions can vary from circuits classes to seated exercise, boxercise to walking sports.

  • Join our expert nutritionists, dietician and personal trainers for weekly sessions that will help you to make changes to your lifestyle and activity levels helping you to ShapeUp4Life.
  • The ShapeUp4Life online plan comes with unlimited access to our free recipes and snack ideas. Developed by our experts and the NHS these healthy foods contain a balanced mix of nutrients helping you to eat well and enjoy your meals.

If you are unable to attend a face to face ShapeUp4Life programme then Shape Up 4 Life Online may be the best option for you. You will get access to all the same session content as you would in a face to face programme including energy balance, portion sizing, Eat Well Guide, being more active, fat and sugar but all delivered online through a range of activities and videos.

You can access Shape Up 4 Life Online any time anywhere and can complete the course throughout 12 weeks as you would with a face to face course. You will get the support of our online trainers and will be sent weekly recipes and activity ideas.
